Model Based Design Team Lead

Jordan is a mechanical engineer and the lead of Rudimental Labs’ model-based design team, where he manages the development of advanced simulations, digital twins, and control system designs. With over eight years of international experience, his career spans power generation, deep foundations, steel structures, manufacturing, and complex engineering projects.

Jordan’s technical expertise includes mechanical design and analysis, thermodynamic system design, and dynamic system modelling. He has a strong command of international engineering codes and standards—including ASTM, ASME Y14.5M, AWS D1.1, and AWS A2.4—which he applies to ensure compliance, accuracy, and quality across all stages of project delivery.

Balancing strategic oversight with technical depth, Jordan is adept at leading complex projects from concept through to execution. Before joining Rudimental Labs in early 2024, he spent nearly a decade in South America as a project and design manager on large-scale civil and mechanical projects, gaining extensive experience in planning, cost estimation, fast-tracking techniques, and quality control.
