Anthony (Tony) Kitchener has spent his career inventing and commercialising technologies across the thermodynamics and energy technology landscape. He is a world-renowned expert in industrial air compressors and dryers, with decades of experience turning groundbreaking ideas into practical, market-ready innovations.


Tony has independently filed more than 30 patents, with four patent families licensed internationally to companies including Ingersoll Rand and Raytheon Technologies. His inventions have been adopted by leading firms in Australia, Denmark, South Korea, and Japan, demonstrating the global reach of his work. He is also the inventor behind RayGen’s pioneering thermal energy storage system, and continues to push the boundaries of efficiency and sustainability through his R&D firm, KDR Compressors.
