Anthony (Tony) Kitchener is a world-renowned expert in industrial air compressors and dryers, with decades of experience turning groundbreaking ideas into market-ready innovations. Over his career, Tony has independently filed more than 30 patents, many of which have been licensed by industry leaders such as Ingersoll Rand and Raytheon Technologies.

Tony has made a global impact, with his inventions adopted by companies in Australia, Denmark, South Korea, and Japan. He also runs KDR Compressors, an R&D firm specializing in innovative compressor technologies.



Before becoming an advisor to Rudimental Labs, Tony was one of our clients. The success of that collaboration led us to bring him on board as an advisor to guide us through the commercialisation process and provide engineering expertise in thermodynamics, compressed air systems, and desiccant dehumidification and cooling.
